Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart (after entering your zip code). However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping destination (state). As a very rough estimate, shipping costs should be around:

Q: Are your bumpers painted or powdercoated? A: No, we ship our bumpers to you fully assembled but unpainted/uncoated to eliminate damage to the finish during shipping. You will need to apply any finish yourself.
Q: How long will it take to get my bumper once I order it? A: Normally we ship your bumper within three business days of you placing your order. You can usually expect to receive it within seven to ten business days of placing your order, depending on where you are having it shipped (we ship from our store in Portland, Oregon). Once we ship your bumper, you will receive an email letting you know it's on it's way, along with a tracking number.
Q: Can you ship outside the United States? A: Our shipping costs are computed for destinations inside the continental United States (this does not include Alaska or Hawaii). For orders to Canada, you are responsible for any additional duties, fees, and customs charges. Please do NOT place a web order if you are in Canada, call instead. We do not ship to any other countries.
Q: I represent a company with a fleet of vehicles that we want bumpers for. Is there a volume discount? A: Please contact us for special volume discounts at: sales@offroadtechinc.com prior to placing an order.
Q: Do you offer any add-on accessories? A: Yes, please contact us prior to placing your order for information on additional accessories.
Q: Your bumpers are cool! I want to become a dealer! A: Please contact us for information on our dealer program by emailing: sales@offroadtechinc.com
Q: I don't live in the US. Can I still order from you? A: No, unfortunately we only accept US web or phone orders, and Canadian phone orders, can only accept payment with payment devices issued in the US or Canada, and can only ship to destinations in the US or Canada.
Q: I sent you an email from xxxxxx@hotmail.com and never got a response! Are you ignoring me? A: No, hotmail rejects any mail from us as spam (its our host, not us, thats blocked). Please use a different email account for correspondence.
